Networking Night

As a participating vendor, you may also join us on Saturday, February 11th for a networking event to meet and mingle with your fellow Northern Michigan Wedding Professionals.  Enjoy this social event with Hors d'œuvres and drinks. We understand how difficult it is to keep up with your fellow professionals and the importance of creating and maintaining new networking connections.  The cost is $10 per person for non Michigan Wedding Planner members.  If you are a member, the fee is waived for you and a guest.

Bridal Workshops

During the expo, there will be various workshops geared toward helping the bride and groom plan their special day.  MWP Members are being given the opportunity to host a workshop on the topic of your profession. This opportunity is at no additional cost to the wedding professionals who choose to participate and the material will then be available on the Michigan Wedding Planner website. Credit will be given to the speaker along with a link to their information page within the site.

Elite Giveaway

Vendors who wish to participate in this year's Elite Giveaway may fill out the prize information form for consideration.  Last year's Giveaway was a package valued over $11,500!  One lucky couple will be chosen from the brides present and the package will be awarded at 4:00 during the Expo.  This is a wonderful opportunity for additional exposure for your company and to be a part of a wonderful experience for one lucky couple!  The service that you donate is non-transferrable and has no monetary equivalent.  If the winner is not in need of your service or you are already booked for the date that they choose, your prize offer is voided and you are under no obligation to fulfill any part of said agreement.  Click here to submit a form for consideration or for more information.

Elite Expo Program Booklet

  A full color booklet will be provided to each bride at the Expo.  You may choose to have a 1/4, 1/2 or full page ad.  Inside front cover and inside back cover will be awarded on a first come-first served basis.  You will provide your own ad in a digital format to us, or we can design one for you for an additional fee.  The booklet will also be available online after the show with previous years' booklets archived for online viewing.  Click here to view last year's booklet

Expo Booth Setup

Saturday evening and Sunday morning will be open for the setup of your booth. We look forward to helping you grow your business and working with you to make this year's event a success!
